Designed for families and groups, Margaritas House combines the privacy and comfort of a vacation home with the relaxed atmosphere of a private resort-style retreat.
The approximately 1,600-square-foot home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, comfortable gathering spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and accommodations for up to 10 guests.
At the heart of the living area is a distinctive suspended central fireplace that gives the home its modern-industrial character and creates a memorable focal point.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private screened tropical pool, water volleyball, BBQ area, mini golf, playground, outdoor swing, outdoor seating, and spaces designed for spending time together.
Families traveling with children will also find thoughtful amenities such as a travel crib, high chair, baby feeding essentials, and a foldable baby bathtub with newborn support.
For guests working or studying during their stay, the home includes fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.

A Note on the Attached Private Studio
Villa Elvis is a separate private studio attached to the right side of the property. It has its own entrance behind the white fence and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
There are no shared indoor living spaces between Margaritas House and Villa Elvis. Studio guests do not have access to the house, swimming pool, backyard, BBQ grill, playground, mini-golf area, or other amenities reserved for Margaritas House.
Margaritas House guests have access to a Level 2 EV charger shared with Villa Elvis. The charger supports NACS and J1772 connections. EV charging is available at no additional cost, subject to availability and coordination between the two accommodations.
